Since 2001, I have been active as a performer and educator with a focus on jazz improvisation, theory, and composition.  I attended the Hartt School of Music and New School University, and have taught at UVM and Johnson State College.  I enjoy teaching a variety of styles, including jazz, rock, and pop.  I am also happy to offer a more traditional, reading-based approach for students who prefer that format.

I offer custom composition, arranging, transcription, and copyediting.  I have 17 years of experience writing and arranging for recording sessions and live performances; as a copyeditor, I have worked extensively on several theater productions.  I am also happy to offer my services both as an accompanist and as a solo pianist for weddings, parties, and events.

I have a BA in Music Education from the Crane School of Music and am a former director of the National Symphony Orchestra of Samoa.  I teach private lessons in my house and perform locally in many different settings.

I am a professional trombonist, pianist and all around musician.  I am available to accompany everything ranging from solos to musicals.  All musical styles accepted.

I am available to work as a second set of ears for your groups.  I am able to run rehearsals, tune those pesky chords and get everything working like a well-oiled machine.
