I have a BA in Music Education from the Crane School of Music and am a former director of the National Symphony Orchestra of Samoa. I teach private lessons in my house and perform locally in many different settings.
I am a professional trombonist, pianist and all around musician. I am available to accompany everything ranging from solos to musicals. All musical styles accepted.
I am available to work as a second set of ears for your groups. I am able to run rehearsals, tune those pesky chords and get everything working like a well-oiled machine.

I taught instrumental and vocal music to grades 4-12 for 35 years in the VT Public Schools system. I received my B.M. from Crane School of Music and my Masters from University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. I continue to teach privately at home and in Stowe. I teach beginner to advanced piano and flute- beginner to intermediate for the other horns. I have played piano, flute, clarinet, and saxophone professionally for decades in various performances and in orchestral pits for many local theater companies. Classically trained but comfortable with other genres.

I earned a degree in music education from the University of New Hampshire. I began teaching private lessons while in college and now have over 25 years experience teaching bassoon. I enjoy working with students to find their inner bassoonist! It has been a joy to watch students play in the VYOA and move to college and then continue as adults.
Lessons are designed for the individual and their needs. More advanced students have the option of learning to make reeds.
