Tuition covers less than 50% of the VYOA’s annual income. Listed below are the 2023-24 tuition rates. Rates for the 2024-25 season are subject to change. Tuition can be paid in one payment or by enrolling in our 50/50 payment plan. The 50/50 payment plan requires a 50% of tuition be paid in July. The remaining 50% is paid in 5 monthly installments that are scheduled for August, September, October, November, and December.
The Vermont Youth Orchestra Association awards 10%-15% of tuition revenue in financial aid to students annually. We are committed to ensuring that all students who are placed in an ensemble are able to participate. Financial aid support is available to qualifying families with an adjusted gross income up to $120,000.
