Emma Back teaches Voice and Suzuki Violin with an emphasis on developing kinesthetic awareness and deep listening practices so that students can develop their technique, repertoire, self-expression, and performance ability with joy, confidence, and ease.  Emma has a background in Classical Voice and Violin, Eastern-European Fiddle, Jazz, Composition, Avant-Garde improvisation and the Alexander Technique.  She holds a B. A. in music from Naropa University, has been teaching privately for 10 years and is a former Waldorf Music Teacher.
