The VYOA office is regularly open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm.

The office is regularly closed on the following holidays:

Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day and the day following
Christmas Day and the day following
New Year's Day
Martin Luther King Day
President's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day

Weather Statement:
Although the VYOA does not cancel rehearsals, concerts and other special events, we advise all members to make prudent travel decisions in the case of severe weather. Please call the appropriate orchestra manager if you are unable to attend a VYOA event due to weather.
